Office Building in Tavros

Reagency Property Development and Management is a company that undertakes projects across the entire real estate spectrum, from development to management.

For this project in Tavros, in collaboration with the architectural firm WOBI, we designed and carried out the change of use of an industrial building into an office building.

As such, full renovation works were performed, which included:

• Facade demolitions to create openings and interior partitions, and non-disruptive cutting to create an elevator shaft
• New plumbing/electrical networks
• Thermal insulation and waterproofing of the rooftop
• Metalwork (pergola, elevator shaft)
• Installation of window and door frames
• Flooring (tiles, marble, industrial flooring)
• Painting
