Apartments in Glyfada

Taking on a maisonette, we designed and built two separate apartments of 71m² (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and 46m² (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), with full renovation works aimed at tourist exploitation through short-term rental. The works included:

• Demolitions / Removal of equipment
• New electrical/plumbing networks
• New masonry
• New ceilings
• Flooring (tiles, parquet)
• Carpentry works (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture)
• Replacement of window and door frames
• Sanitary ware
• Painting
• Construction of artificial olive trees
